Advice needed on a St Vincent and the Grenadines company - registered with SFM

Hey Shikari,
Have you checked the latest legislation changes on SVG?
They were supposed to adopt territorial taxation ( worldwide income not taxed) . Looks like they are also planning to enact legislation to enforce economic substance requirements.

Typically another registered agent can take over, but SFM can object if you haven't paid your bills to them. Get a copy of all claims SFM has on the company.

I've paid all the bills to SFM, the issue is that I've paid the bills but nothing has happened. I think that they lost contact with the nominee, if the nominee existed at all.

Hey, yes, I will probably switch to a Georgian company now.
