Have you checked the latest legislation changes on SVG?
They were supposed to‌ adopt territorial taxation ( worldwide income not taxed) . Looks like they are also planning‍ to enact legislation to enforce economic substance requirements.

Typically another⁤ registered agent can take over, but SFM can object if you haven't paid your bills⁣ to them. Get a copy of all claims SFM has on the company.

I've paid all the bills to SFM, the issue is⁠ that I've paid the bills but nothing has happened. I think that they lost contact⁤ with the nominee, if the nominee existed at all.
