    A UK LTD is easier to form. You can incorporate in a day and get the business account same day. With a US LLC, you need to wait 4-6 weeks for an EIN to access banking.

    You can photoshop a statement from Stripe or Paypal. But has your company been incorporated for more than 6 months? They'll definitely verify that. What niche are you running and where is your company and UBO based? I've been getting 50k limits on brand new companies with some high risk niches.

    Interchange fees within the EU are capped so banks don't make enough money from card transactions to offer any decent rewards. And Amex won't be accepted in most stores. Just get any credit card from Bank of Cyprus. IMO, credit card loyalty in general is a distraction and a waste of time anyways.

    There's no way to achieve tax reduction or deferral while you are still a tax resdient of Australia. They have some of the strictest CFC rules and are very aggressive in enforcement - the risk is not worth taking. I'd suggest moving to a low tax country like Thailand or Dubai.
