Getting a passport or ID

I urgently need a passport right now, however I don't have any birth certificate, or any document proving my existence. I need to get a passport somehow. Is there any country (or colony or city or whatever) that can issue IDs or Passports without any proving documents, or with some bill or something or a friend of mine telling them I am legit?
 
The posts of this person are straight comedy. Definitely not going to become rich with this mentality.

He could be a stateless person in some ex-soviet countries. There are plenty of those in Estonia and Latvia, so he might be serious with his question after all.

Anyway, I don't have a clue about how to help you, but you should look this up on darknet. That's the only place where I've heard you can easily buy fake passports and such.

Russia might be your best bet since I believe if at least one of your parents has Russian citizenship, you can easily get it through them. They also appreciate bringing in their own people instead of third-worlders like the EU.

Another option would be to go to Narva in Estonia or Daugavpils in Latvia, or any other Russian majority places in the Baltics and ask around for help. They sure have been in the same situation as you and should be able to help.

Actually have a Kenyan Friend who is British but only by a piece of paper, doesn't have any identity for the UK, doesn't have citizenship for Kenya...

Ex Colonial left over...

You could become a sovereign. For that you need 3 witnesses who have known you for at least 7.5 years and who are willing to go through the procedure with you. To find out about the procedure, check out Anna von Reitz and a website called something like "americanassembly". Until recently, it was only possible for Americans to do this. Now she has created a world wide registry - or whatever the correct name is.

The thing is, it's really hard to somehow travel to there (and get the money to do so) without obtaining Identification lol.
