Can I open an MBR account if not resident in Malta?

Hi,

If I have a Maltese entity (or more than one) and I want to do certain things myself because they are easy and the tax lawyers would charge me a ridiculous amount, can I do it myself?

I am NOT a Maltese resident.
I read something about needing an agent or something like...

Just pay your agent to do what you want properly. If you think tax lawyers are charging you "ridiculous amounts" then your business is probably not ready for offshore.
