    Open Russian Ruble account

Second that. Weird guys. Applied for a business account for a BVI company and while I was in the middle of preparing the requested documents, they refused without having even received the documents from me.

    USA is the best offshore

It is virtually impossible to open an account in a US bank without a physical visit, which can be a no-option for many.

    what emi for large sums

I had a terrible experience with TW. They diverted a perfectly legitimate (with supporting documentation) transfer of 30K euro to a business account and also closed the account itself. Prior to that I pretty much liked TW. Not anymore.

Looking for an EMI for US company

Do you have a direct experience with them? As far as I understood from communication with their support, they require a link to an official public record of a company, which would explain director/shareholder structure. What is that?

EMIs working with russian rubles (RUB)

Not quite. I actually did do my share of research on epayments a few months ago and sent them my questions just to never hear back any answers. I also once had a conversation with 2 different support agents of one very same EMI and received 2 conflicting statements, which left me wondering where...

EMIs working with russian rubles (RUB)

Sorry, I should have been more specific - I'm looking for a business account, not a personal one. US business bank account

Thank you, KraftyAndy. You also mentioned that: If a LLC was registered at the end of Jan, 2018 and does not even have a bank account (but an EIN has been issued for it though), is it required to file those forms anyway? If so, what is the due date? Thank you.

    US business bank account

If a 1-member US LLC belonging completely to a non-resident/non-citizen hires a US person (from the IRS standpoint) to be the managing manager for the sole purpose of opening an account for the company in a US bank, and that person does not get any salary from the LLC, does this make the company...

Can you provide examples please? I have an Oregon LLC with an EIN and need to open an account for it without a personal visit. Not necessarily in the US, by the way.

Corporate account for a US company

Martin, the company owner is a Ukrainian national and resides in Ukraine. It does not really matter where the bank would be, as long as it can receive wire transfers.

Hello guys. Does anybody know where to open a corporate account for a US limited liability company without a physical visit? Both traditional banks and EMI would be fine. Thanks.
