Is you just need to store and send rubles then Transferwise works fine. If you need to receive rubles its not useful.

Second that. Weird guys. Applied for a business account for a BVI company and while I was in the middle of preparing the requested documents, they refused without having even received the documents from me.
Can you receive bank transfers with them? Can't find anything about that at their website.
