ePayments allows receiving and sending in RUB (including directly from/to Russian banks). The RUB one is a shared account though (recipient is ePayments) . If you receive in EUR they offer a private IBAN (sending RUB to the private IBAN will automatically convert it to EUR).

Sorry, I should have been more specific - I'm looking for a business account, not a personal one. AdvCash seems to allow receiving transfers from the same company's accounts elsewhere to the company's account with AdvCash.

My ultimate goal is to establish a business account, which would allow to receive transfers in RUB.

Sorry, I wasn't specific enough - I'm looking for a business account, not a personal one. Do they open business account for rubles? If so, do they accept BVI and US companies?

So it's not enough that you're being spoon fed, you'd also like us to chew your food?
Go to the websites of these companies and check, search this forum for these companies and check, it's easier than asking.

Damn, people won't even do minimal research these days.

As for Paysera, they open business accounts for companies, even with very large turnover. Up to 1.000.000 euros per month, of course with supporting documents.

BUT - they do not open on the BVI. As for companies from USA, I doubt very much. But maybe there are chances. You try, or write a request. Just keep in mind that they can answer for a long time - up to 48 WORKING hours - in fact five days. You will move faster than expect an answer from them. But they can quickly respond.
Direct mail to their support - [email protected]. You can even write in Russian.

Other payments that work with rubles, and will be able to open an account on BVI - I do not even know. Perhaps there are no such - I could not find.

Not quite. I actually did do my share of research on epayments a few months ago and sent them my questions just to never hear back any answers. I also once had a conversation with 2 different support agents of one very same EMI and received 2 conflicting statements, which left me wondering where exactly was the truth. So, learning from someone who's had a first hand experience is often times a way more efficient and beneficial method. Such an information exchange is the whole point of forums like this.

BTW, thanks for pointing out that epayments may be something I'm looking for, I will attempt to reach them out more rigorously now.

You may also look at IFSPAY if the account opening fee of 900 eur is fine for you.

I think it's been discussed in a different thread that they ended up being a scam.
