Yeah, from the many threads here on OCT and elsewhere, it's clear that relocating to Spain is a huge no-go, at least if you like keeping the money you earn for yourself and not handing it over to the government or the tax authorities.

qualis is a very good service for such demand. I don't know what else they are but in the past you could see all these companies on the Visa approved service provider list.

Depends alot of what country you are relocating from. IF you take some of the ultra high taxed countries like Denmark, Sweden and Spain you will be happy with the tax rate in Switzerland. Not sure about the tax rate for LTD's and personal income in the UK.

Have never had problems with a Cyprus company for banking nor merchant account or any other service for financial services I applied for. Works well good.
