Currently got Wise as main for my US LLC. Unfortunately Wise doesn't provide any virtual creditcards. I prefer no to transfer it to my personal Wiss account.

What is the most fee efficient way to spend EUR?

Airwallester unfortunately requires a notarized document to open an account.

Spending for what? For business expenses? For investment? Or are you talking about personal spending? Need some more information here to be able to help out.

For business spending just open another account with another EMI that does offer a card and make a simple transfer. Another option is to open a new company in another jurisdiction and make that company a member of the LLC and distribute dividends to it. But like I said, need more information to be able to help.

Maybe check with @yngmind and open a Chase account then?

Thread 'I tried opening a US business account in 18 EMIs, here's the result'

I have a US LLC, am non-resident in the US, and signed up to 18 different EMIs.

This is the result after a week:
  1. 3S Money - Asked for $20 to process my application + it charges $100 a month for having the account open
  2. Airwallex - Approved
  3. Brex - Rejected because I have no venture capital (startup focused apparently)
  4. Currenxie - Doesn't offer services to US businesses
  5. Juni.co - Doesn't offer services to US businesses
  6. Mercury - Application still pending
  7. Novel - Application still pending
  8. Payoneer - Wants the withdrawal account to be in the LLCs name (no point...

Both, personal and business expenses. For Personal usage i could transfer to Wise Personal. However, an alternative would be helpful.

OK, so personal like you said you already got covered. For business spending simply get another EMI able to issue a card and transfer the money there. I can't really recommend you any for a US LLC as I have no experience with those but check daniels27's post above, that's the answer.

You can open a Wise business account and have both business and personal account there!

Mercury is free.
Payoneer no, just no. Depositing is free. Withdrawing 2%
The others I have no experience.

If you are the company director, you can spend from any personal account and expense it to the business. The spend becomes a loan to the business, and the business refunds you personally through a bank transfer from its business account to your personal account. Obviously the expenses have to be legitimate business expenses in accordance with your company's jurisdictional laws.

Guys, read this. And also, we I wrote some time ago, there is no risk of piercing the veil etc. as long as you loan money to the business.
