Will this work, UK Company -> Seychelles Holding -> Panama Trading?

I want to know if I own a UK company that owns a Seychelles Holding that owns a Panama Trading company, will it offer a 3 layer protection or no? What I'm looking for is to take out money privatly and not share my money with any tax or other part.

Panama, Hong Kong or other offshore jurisdiction whats now the best?

I'm considering a Seychelles company after all.... it don't seems that Panama, BVI or Belize can offer the same level of privacy that I seek.

Okay fine for Cyprus company, I understand that the share capital has to be EUR 5.000 or below and that I don't have to pay in this amount, please confirm? For Seychelles and other offshore company I understand I don't have to pay in the share capital either right?
