I read EURO 5000 is required to open company in Cyprus is that right?

That is not true, thats the authorised share capital but not a requirement to be paid in. Actually it is not required to pay in any share capital for Cyprus companies.

Okay, and if I want the share capital to be EUR 100.000 can this be done without to pay in the share capital?

There is a stamp duty fee of 0.6% for the Cyprus government from the amount above EUR 5.000 otherwise there is still no requirement to pay in the share capital.
