I need to know how much capital I need to make good offshore company?


I'm not sure where yet, looking in Cyprus, Seychelles, Belize, Panama, Hong Kong and Costa Rica offshore company?

You need to be more specific in regards to which offshore jurisdiction you are looking‌ into.

Most often and for the mentioned jurisdictions there is NO requirement to pay in‍ any share capital so you may only pay the CSP for the offshore company incorporation.⁠

In regards to bank account, what are you looking for? an offshore bank account or⁤ onshore? Do you require multi currency account and e-banking?

Okay fine for Cyprus company, I understand that the share capital has to be EUR‌ 5.000 or below and that I don't have to pay in this amount, please confirm?‍ For Seychelles and other offshore company I understand I don't have to pay in the⁠ share capital either right?

It is the same for a Seychelles company, no requirement to pay in the share‌ capital.
