Solo is the official lincence holder for AMEX in Georgia. They have uniquely the right to issue cards DIRECTLY and have the decision power.

50 is better like 5, Lol. Bulgarian address? I can't get a physical card with it. Also, I need to prove my residency with electricity bill or something similar. So Bulgarian address no work for this.

As an emergency solution I will rather buy the Dragon Pass, it has access to the lounge in Berlin. Priroty Pass does not!
