Generally, I have not observed this neither with Currenxie nor⁤ with Airwallex. Something like this is valid if you want to onboard with Statrys the⁣ company that is not from HK or SG or BVI; then they have some industry⁢ restrictions (but I've never tested this).
Generally, I do not think that Trustpilot reviews should be taken much seriously. In︃ many cases, their validity is close to zero.
