Well, I remember from their webpage (and now I see) that a‍ UK LTD (that is a UK resident business entity) must have a UK resident director, too. Re: UBO, I do not see any information...

okay, it is like I thought. Thank you very much for the information.

Again FWIW 🙂
Vialet – a quotation from their webpage:
====
Which countries VIALET serve?

Currently VIALET is covering following countries and services:
For registration of new account and verification of‌ identity, you need to be:
have phone number belonging to the countries with codes: +371‍ for Latvia, +370 for Lithuania, +48 for Poland;
hold a valid ID (ID card or passport) for a country in EEA except Italy or France.

N.B. If account is opened⁤ with Polish residence and phone number, the operating currency will be Polish zloty.

For ordering⁣ a card, you need to be resident of Poland, Latvia or Spain.

So a⁢ really limited usage, I think.

Can you‍ recommend anything of them for BVI crypto trading company with proofs of funds? Or anything additionally? We need to withdraw crypto from the company's accounts at the exchanges and to⁤ use for companies expanses: soft, services, office. Thank you.

Thank you! They are an investment / Wealth management‍ bank, correct? Do they have still options for operational transfers, 10-15 per months? Do you know?

🙂

Well, is this‌ BVI company engaged in crypto or not?
If not, there are some options, AFAIK –‍ EMIs like Currenxie, Statrys and Airwallex (their UK branch) accept BVI companies. If yes ... Currenxie and Airwallex are not crypto-friendly but about Statrys I doubt, so you can try⁤ to ask.

They work well for German GmBH's and Swiss companies if you︋ get to the right people there.

Fas finance can accept BVI companies and its crypto friendly. Bankera as well, however, you‌ should have lots of patience to onboard with them

How long have you been with them if I can ask you that‌ question? Do you applied with BVI company?

I haven't, but I remember‍ seeing that they accept BVI companies. In general, I'd go with the utmost caution dealing with HK EMIs for offshores. Apparently, they restrict the clients they accept for software &⁤ telecom companies.

Statrys is rated "Excellent" with 4.6 / 5 on Trustpilot can be a⁣ good start, however Trustpilot will remove some reviews that are a bit too negative, so⁢ don't take the good note for granted.
