Until a few weeks ago, yes. There was a︁ scheme where you would deposit Turkish liras, but if exchange rate moved not in your︂ favor, Central Bank would compensate you the difference and then some - just as if︃ it was a deposit in USD.

There are some exemptions/nuances but generally they︅ have. I don't have male kids so far, so I didn't research details.

Acquiring/obtaining a second citizenship, than, with this second passport settling your new tax residence‌ in Monaco ?
That will open you some gates for your strategies and projects.
All french know it : Monaco is safe all the way, tax and politicaly stable, banks‍ are good and reliable, and even more.
Bad sides : entrance tickets and costs of⁠ living for housing.
