We run a store that sells peptides and I’m looking for an online payment provider‌ (we’ve already tried Stripe and many similar ones, but it always ended with a ban).‍ Does anyone know a stable solution and can recommend it?

Okay, if that’s the case, then Worldpay doesn’t accept high-risk businesses like adult, pharma, nutra, etc.‌ They do, however, take on businesses considered high-risk due to large ticket sizes, high volumes,‍ or questionable business models that other payment processors avoid, and even then, Worldpay is still very selective.

Hi there ,
You mentioned - PayNetEasy and an offshore solution with a Bulgarian MID. Can you perhaps offer︊ a paid consultation how to do it for our business.

Why don't you try to setup the acount and go through the steps by your self as a beginning ?

This is a different discussion. This thread is about high-risk processors, not how MIDs, PSPs,‌ etc. work or are structured.
You should start a new thread for that.

About two years ago, I started a niche subscription based business offering digital resources and‌ templates for independent therapists and life coaches. It’s a pretty specific market, but it grew‍ faster than I expected, we now have over 800 active subscribers across the EU, UK, and parts of Asia.

Until now, we’ve relied on crypto and manual invoicing, which worked⁤ okay in the early days. But it’s been clear for a while that we needed⁣ proper card processing to scale and serve a broader market. After researching a bunch of⁢ options, I decided to apply with HighRiskPay.com about two weeks ago.

The initial process was︀ smooth. Their team responded within 48 hours, asked for standard documentation (KYC, company formation docs,︁ website review, etc.), and by the end of the week, our business was preapproved for︂ card processing.

Right now, we’re in the final stages. They’ve raised a few questions about︃ our refund policy and chargeback handling procedures, which I’m currently updating on the site and︄ documenting properly. Nothing major, mostly just tightening up loose ends.

So far, I’ve been happy︅ with their support. Communication has been professional, and they seem genuinely willing to help us︆ get fully compliant without unnecessary friction. Fingers crossed we’ll be live next week.

If you’re︇ in a niche space like mine and considered “gray area” by mainstream providers, HighRiskPay seems︈ like a solid way forward. I’ll keep you posted once we go live.

I actually looked into HighRiskPay.com a while back when researching options for high risk merchant‌ accounts, especially for industries like adult, nutraceuticals, and digital services.

From what I found, they‍ do seem to specialize in helping US based businesses that are considered high risk by traditional processors.

One advantage is that they claim to work with offshore and startup merchants⁤ as well, though I’d recommend double checking the fine print on that.
Their setup process⁣ seemed relatively quick, but I can't speak to the actual experience since I didn’t end⁢ up going with them.

If you're comparing providers for a high risk merchant account, it︀ might be worth reaching out to see what kind of underwriting and reserve terms they︁ offer.

In my case, I ended up choosing a provider that allowed crypto processing and︂ didn’t require a rolling reserve, which HighRiskPay didn’t offer at the time.

Anyone here used︃ them recently and can share feedback?

We’ve been exploring different options for high risk merchant accounts for a pharmacy related business,‌ and HighRiskPay.com came up during our research.

They do seem to target industries that traditional‍ banks avoid, including online pharmacies and supplement sellers.
One thing I noticed is that they mention quick approval and high approval rates, but it’s hard to tell how that plays⁤ out in reality, especially when dealing with regulated products or cross-border transactions.

From what I⁣ understand, their focus is primarily on US merchants, so if you're operating internationally or need⁢ multi-currency processing, you might want to clarify that with them directly.

Also worth noting: some︀ reviews mentioned that the fees can be on the higher end, which is pretty common︁ in the high risk space, but still something to consider depending on your margins.

Would definitely be interested in hearing if anyone in the pharmacy space has used them and︂ how they handle compliance or chargeback issues.
