Are all of these brand new businesses you're mentioning, or are they existing online ventures you've already been running and just applied with? They must be pretty high risk if none of the mentioned processors are willing to let you run card payments across all of them.

You’re very welcome,‌ I’m glad you took the time to read my post and found it useful. I’ll‍ make sure to keep this thread updated with anything new I come across.

Would you mind updating the thread︁ as you go through all these credit card payment gateways?

I've been searching high and︂ low for a replacement or even just additional payment gateway options for our businesses. It’s︃ been tough, we often get rejected, even by providers that claim to specialize in high-risk︄ payment processing.

Tried HighRiskPay for Months, Still No Merchant Account
So, I’ve been trying to get a‌ high risk merchant account through HighRiskPay.com for the last couple of months and honestly, I’ve‍ gotten nowhere.

I’ve got a few legit US LLCs, all with proper U.S. addresses, EINs, business docs, everything clean and ready to go. I thought that’d be more than enough⁤ to get approved. Spoiler: it wasn’t.

Endless Docs and Emails
I applied with three different⁣ businesses, all real and compliant. Each time, I sent over full documentation: incorporation docs, ID,⁢ utility bills, bank details, websites, customer policies, you name it. Then came the back-and-forth.

Every time I thought we were almost done, I’d get another email asking for just “one︀ more thing.” Then another. And another. I think I’ve sent over 50 plus documents by︁ now.

High Risk Processing? More Like High Risk Patience Test
To be fair, they did︂ reply to emails. But it honestly felt like they were just stalling. The communication was︃ polite, but nothing ever really moved forward. I kept getting the same line: "Your application︄ is still with underwriting."

Weeks turned into months, and still no merchant account. No official︅ denial, no feedback, just nothing.

The Verdict
If you’re looking for a high risk payment︆ processor for your business, adult, crypto, supplements, whatever, you might want to think twice before︇ wasting your time with HighRiskPay. Maybe they work better for others, but my experience was︈ a total dead end.

I never got an account, and I honestly regret putting so︉ much time into it. You're better off finding someone who actually gets things done.

TLDR:
  • Tried to get a high risk processing account with HighRiskPay for 3 different US LLCs︊
  • Sent a ton of documents, over 50
  • Weeks of emails, nothing ever got approved
  • No account, no explanation
  • Wouldn’t recommend, at least based on my experience
Let me know if︋ anyone actually had success with them, or if there’s a high risk payment provider out︌ there that actually delivers.

I’m still looking......

It’s really encouraging to read some real experience reviews from people here who’ve actually used‌ a service. So far, we’ve got some who are happy with HighRiskPay and others who‍ aren’t, I guess that’s how it goes with most services, especially payment service providers.

They must be getting way more applications than they can actually process and properly handle KYC and due diligence on, if it takes⁤ them over a month just to review a merchant account application. That’s what happens when⁣ a company grows too big.

I have to say though, companies that were early in⁢ the game like CCBILL, VEROTEL, and EPOCH have grown with the challenge and don’t seem︀ to have those kinds of issues.

Since they pretty much own‍ the UK market and you can just sign up with them, it looks like a classic Stripe setup, which means they obviously have their own acquiring deal with the card⁤ networks.

You get your own MID and contract‍ if you get approved with them. No 3rd party billing, also own descriptor (what card holder sees when he get charged by your service) !
