Euro Pacific bank is a scam

Are you checking the same email account that you‍ used when registered at the Bank? And, have you checked your junk folder?

Anyway, the content of the email is the same as Peter's most recent post on the europacbank.com⁤ website.

Mr. Octopus, thank you very much. Yes, I´m using the same e-mail and am always‌ checking my junk folder, but nothing. This worries me because I think from now on,‍ communication between us will have to reach on time for fast action/response and pressume we´ll be using the e-mail more often, as -I think- quite a number of opt-ins are⁤ not here.
I read Mr. Schiff´s most recent post, thanks for your help. I´m now⁣ preparing my mail for Qenta and Receiver, I was waiting for the e-mail, in case⁢ there was further instructions on it. All the best!

Hi Peter, do you think there is a risk with multiple customers writing individual demand‌ letters to Qenta, that some of them could make accidental concessions through careless wording –‍ with a risk of Qenta's lawyers pointing to these as setting a precedent or as evidence of common understanding?

Hi all, email sent to Qenta based on the example here stating that I request‌ all my funds to be wired to my account.
About my assets, at the time‍ of Sep/2022, I had 89% on mutual funds , 11% on gold and very little in cash $180 more or less.
I agree on keeping my gold and selling my⁤ funds and wire me the values.

I'm all in for the lawsuit.

So far I have 68 planitiffs for the class action lawsuit against Qenta. If you‌ want to join make sure to email me at [email protected]. Remeber I am covering‍ all the costs. If along the way some people contribute that's great. But don't think your cliam is too small to be worth the cost as of joing the lawsuit,⁤ as there is no cost. Just some time getting us all your information.

I found this forum by chance and has been following the discussions for the past‌ 30 pages or so, As an opt-in customer with cash EUR only, I am not‍ sure where my money is at the moment, is it Qenta or the Receiver that has EUR or is it all converted to USD already?, I have sent my Opt-out⁤ documents to the Receiver and gotten confirmation that they have been received. All this legal⁣ stuff is a bit outside my knowledge base - and wouldn't know where to start⁢ with a lawsuit against Qenta, but I am in to join in a lawsuit if︀ Qenta is the one to sue. @Pschiff I will send you an email for sure,︁ and thanks for all your help in this matter. And I will also send my︂ claim to Qenta.

If you are an Opt-out than you︃ don't need to sue Qenta. Your euros stayed with the bank, and over a year︄ the Receiver would have convered the euros to US dollars.

Guys please don't post off topic posts in this thread otherwise posts will be deleted.‌ The subject matter here is serious for most people concerned. Much appreciated.

Just an FYI sever people who emaied me (we now have over 100 customers in‌ the Qenta lawsuit) told me that the neither the bank nor Qetna had a reocrd‍ of their accoiunt. Yet all I have to do is searh the name or email address on my speadsheet and the account comes up with all the cash balances. So⁤ I don't knwo why the Receiver can't do this? I don't know why anyone needs⁣ to prove they had an acount when we have all the records.

I will email Quenta today or tomorrow to demand that they transfer my gold to‌ Schiff Gold.
Do I need to set up a Schiff Gold account first, and what‍ are the associated fees?

I'm happy to join the class action lawsuit. After I send the email to Quenta, I will contact to you, Peter.
