Do you think receiver is uncooperative because you are already suing him, OCIF and J5 etc? People that are getting sued don't tend to want to help the person suing them.
Yes that may be part of it. I offered to drop him as a defendent as a carrot. But the help was not for me, it was for the customer's he was supposed to protect. I don't think he cares that I am suing OCIF and the J5. I think the customers also have a great class action lawsuit agaisnt OCIF. I may help initiate that later. Need︀ ot focus on Qenta first. Then we will know what are damages are if we︁ can't collect and go after OCIF. ALl of this is OCIF's fault.

It´s︀ easier for Cash as I just have to give my Banking info, but what instructions︁ should I specifically give for silver to be transferred to Schiff Gold?
I agree with︂ Mr. Octopus´ opinion, if we could have those of the 1,702 opt-in customers that aren´t︃ here, at least send the letter, Qenta will know that they face the possibility of︄ having 1702 customers suing them.

I had a EURO account with most of the cash and don’t know when it was converted to dollars. Because I wanted the assets paid in cash I asked to sell the gold and silver and this transaction was done on the 27th september 2022.
I have a few questions for making the claim letter to Qenta:
1. Who has insight in the cash amount I have outstanding at Qenta?
2. My last account statement in EURO's was from the 20th of july 2023, what exchange rate should I use?
3. If Qenta does not have all the cash from opt-in's how can we all︀ demand all our cash from Qenta?
