It was granted, Two judges agreed. But then after Qetna pointed out that the Receiver was not part of the actoin, the TRO was vacated. Had the receiver acted with or instead of my, the TRO wouuld have become a preminant injunction. All of those assets would be forzen and the bank would be able to recover them. But for the gross︀ neglegence of the Reciever and the failure of OCIF to act to replace him, Qetna︁ would have to return all of the bank's assets back to the bank.

I've sent this thread over to her and a basic outline to see if she likes the case enough to take it on and expose Brents antics and the OCIFs treatment of the bank plus the receivers attitude to the clients of the bank. She has just exposed this fraudster for stealing USD400m from Mexican businessman Ricardo Salinas Pliego https://www.wsj.com/finance/scam-billionaire-astor-bf8ce715. I can't guarantee she will want to report on the case but im waiting on her response. Innocent brokers https://www.platinumglobalbridgingfinance.co.uk/ were caught up in the ELEKTRA case unwittingly thinking the lenders were︀ genuine.
There was never any proof that either of these two had accounts at Euro Pacific Bank as their names were never released. Also neither of them was ever charged with any crimes. So the fact that they were arrested was meaningliess if it turned out they did nothing wrong. Also other than︀ these two arrents, I have not read about a single arrest of any other Euro︁ Pacific Bank customers. The stories in the Age, NY Times, 60 Minutes, as well as︂ the J5 media efforts to portray the bank as a haven for tax evaders and︃ money launderers was completely false. The bank's customers where honest people, who have now been︄ victimzed again by Brent De Jong, The Receiver, and OCIF.
It is an issue as we are going to have to name his wife as a defendent. Any money she gets from Brent in a divorce settemet will need to be clawed back to the bank's customers. This will actualy help as she will not be able to hide the money she recieves from the divorce settlememt.
Actually we don't name the wife. But we sue her to claw back any money she receives in the settlement. Thei divorce will help us discover his assets. Remeber we are suing Brent personally, as well as Carlos Garduno Qenta's in house counsel. He was very involved in the bank deal and rhe transfer of customer assets. There is no way he did not participate in the conversion of customer assets.

Is most of the opt-in cash still with the receiver? If so than it’s only the receiver who can distribute the opt-in cash I would say. Do you Peter have any idea what route this 30 mln cash will take to the customers?
