I had a talk with them yesterday and also got a quote from them.

Summary of costs in case of formation in kind with a wallet (numers excluding VAT):

• 2600 our fees including one year of domicile
• 1500 notary and auditor
• 800 Swiss resident person
• 600 commercial register (estimation)
• when the company is registered, we ask for a prepayment of 3300 CHF for the ongoing costs (hourly rates etc.). Please note that we had not changed the our hourly rates for 6 years, but we have to raise them from 1.7.2022 by 14%. Same is the case with domicile from the 2nd period.

Means total costs first year : 5,500 CHF + 3,300CHF in accounting etc.
Second year costs will be even higher because of their pricing upmark.

They speak about a Swiss withholding tax, I don't know what that means and what impact it will have on the capital of the 20,000CHF share capital that has to be paid in, but I will ask them.
