You have an unique IBAN, but payments from other accounts in your‍ name are only possible.

This sounds interesting - will take a look. Have recently been looking at Mt Pelerin‌ for off-ramp and also tried Tap Global for their card options but load is only‍ in EUR. A shame as they provide a GB IBAN.
