your experience with offshore company formation in Belize and Seychelles please?

All this is new to me and I cant find out what to do can you please explain your experience with offshore company in Seychelles and Belize so I can compare the two countries?

I'm looking into to safe tax and even avoid to pay tax.. but I have‌ no clue what offshore jurisdiction may be any good for me.

Why are you going offshore? What will the company do? Is is a small operation or‌ will you have a sizable turnover? Without more specific information, it's hard to know what‍ may or may not be good for you.

What isn't clear with this question, he want a company offshore and don't pay tax.‌

If those are the only requirements, then he can flip a coin and choose between‌ Belize and Seychelles.

If he wants to engage in specific business activities or achieve higher‍ reputability, it may be better to go for another jurisdiction and/or company structure instead of⁠ IBC.

Because of the recommendation I got I choosed a Seychelles company but initially I was‌ looking for a Belize company. I think both can do it for the majority of‍ Internet business owners.
