I have never tried it, but in the app, I see the "Euro transfer" is available and is a SEPA transfer. I think you cannot hold euros with Xapo, so that they should convert USD or BTC to EUR first.

I had similar problems with coingate, maybe they have implemented the same unstable verification system.
