Wyoming VS New Mexico LLC What is better?

Hey Sol, is it "easy" to create an LLC in Wyoming with a⁠ nominee and a bank account in Hong Kong?

The nominee is an American resident in⁤ Wyoming or has to be for example another company (One in Panama, for example).

Do you know anyone who can help set up this kind of structure (Someone reliable)?

Setup a Wyoming LLC and use Mercury bank for banking, that will⁠ work out fine.
