Wyoming LLP + HK or Seychelles holding + Transferwise

Hello, just guessing if somebody had any luck registering a Wyoming LLP having as full shareholder a Seychelles or Hong Kong holding on Transferwise.

LLP taxes the individuals, LLC taxes on corporate tax
