hey, if i open a foreign LLC in Wyoming, what would be the maintaining costs of the LLC, apart from the formation cost and possible taxes?

the state fees are very‍ low but maybe your agent charges something on top for mail handling or address or⁠ some filing assistance etc.

yes, state filing is 100$. The rest up to‍ agent and what you get for it. I pay 400$ and get some perks with⁠ it like mail handling, compliance, the address etc.
