Wyoming LLC formation

I will be forming a Wyoming LLC with Leupay for bank account as a non-resident of US. Is that doable?
Also what is the best entity when applying for EIN, partnership, corporatoin or one member LLC? And do you know if you can get EIN via phone?

I don't know about Leupay but I have had corps in Wyoming and in other‌ states and Wyoming is the best I've ever used. Ease of use and quickness of‍ opening.

Annual fees are higher in Delaware, franchise tax, state tax, less reporting, permission of nominees...‌ those are the reasons.
