Can a Wyoming LLC hold real state or shares from outside US?

Let's say I want to buy a house in Singapore and I want to use the WLLC for asset protection

Yes of course, a us company can own property, also in foreign countries, as long as that country allow foreign owners of real estate.

There are numerous ways to protect assets using offshore companies including a Wyoming LLC. As @fshore states as long as the country where the property is located permit this then it can be done.

Imagine a creditor wins a legal demand in Singapore and wants to chase my assets worldwide. I have some properties in South Africa and Australia that want to protect

What do you guys recommend to hold properties (real estate)? An US Corporation, or an US LLC?
