Hi,

Sorry for this dump question but I'm lost. I'm in the process to open a company offshore and the agent is asking me a lot of questions om fact he send me a list as long as the holy bible! I wonder if a phone bill is the same as a utility bill if not what is utility bill covering?

second question:
The documents need to be translated and notarized. Who can translate them, me and I go to a notary or where can I find someone that can translate from french to English and notarize all of it?

utility bill covers:
water supply bill
landline phone bill
electricity bill
heading bill
and evertyhing else you may pay for at your home

it's not difficult.

I agree

Thank you. this explains what I need. Do you think a mobile phone bill can do it or a bank / credit card statement maybe?

This is what you will need to provide to your agent. If you fail the process will simply stop.

bank statement is not accepted as proof of address with the banks any longer 😕 wonder why it is so!

Hi, I wanna ask something, how if I only provide water supply and electricity bill? will it works too? Since I'm not using landline phone.

I think they want to confirm your address that is why asking for phone bill or utility bills..I think if Anyone has address then you should be okay

In my country, Lawyers notarize and translate paper for us. We just have to pay them for their work. Have you tried going into your local government or legal services? Most of the Lawyers do this stuff and you just have to tell them you need it for your business.

Yes that's the same in my country a Lawyer or Notary service can do legal documents.

according to my experience, they will ask for a valid bill you have. Just like electricity bill, phone bill, tax bill or any others that valid from the government.

Honestly, it depends on the bank as what some people say previously. But regardless whether they need utility bill or phone bill, just prepare both so you don't have problems in-case they're both needed.

I think they're the same, phone bill is for telephone and utility bill is like the term for general expenses like water, internet , electricity, sewage, garbage and etc.
