Would a belize company work for me?

Hi, I had a post last week in the public forum but didnt get too many replies 🙁 (the post is below)

I am thinking of Opening an account in Bulgaria (NO CFC but would have to pay VAT) but also heard that a Belize company with EMI would work better for me. also be tax free

I am not sure on really how to get more info on this, is there a company that would set this up for me? Would it be better with nominee for extra privacy?

I really need to sort this soon as my business is growing fast

To start with what is it you are looking for, to stay anonymous, avoid taxes or just simple business privacy, means your name will not be shown public?

In regards to banking then forget about privacy the banks will know your name, address etc. and you will get reported sooner or later to the tax office.

Hi, again not sure on the best solution. Don't mind paying taxes but also would prefer name not to be public.. I just saw Belize mentioned an it said vat free .

So maybe better opening an account in Bulgaria and paying vat and taxes?

You only want to use nominees for business privacy. Towards banks and most EMI's they will not protect your privacy since they will require to know the ultimate beneficial owner information of a company. They can find that information in the incorporation documents for each company!

That said, if you don't need to use PayPal you want to go for a Belize company and some sort of EMI so you can keep your privacy, you don't have accounting and you don't need to pay corporate tax.

You may even use darks for this purpose.
