Personally i have experience with few of them but in my case everything was good.

I have to say that in my humble opinion that Rietumu Bank in Lativa was bloody terrible to deal with. There was always constant problems with instructions and they even didnt accept their own coded messages half the time.

There are heaps better banks in the broader EU area.

I guess this is not about worst in customer service, but worst in being able to pay back your monies if the stock market tanks.
