Withdraw from Skrill to Leupay or Mistertango

Hi guys,im new here and i want to ask if its possible to withdraw money from skrill to leupay or mistertango.
If you can suggest any other institution i can withdraw from skrill would be appreciated.
I dont want to get my money in my bank account.I am a EU citizen and i wonder if there is an alternative for withdrawals from skrill as i dont want to show that money in my country.Thanx.

I don't believe it is possible since Skrill and Mister Tango including all other EMI's‌ will report your account each year to the local tax authorities.

However, there are options‍ mentioned in the Mentor Group forums on how to go about it, I'm not sure⁠ what of all the mentioned works or not.
