Witch setup should i choose ?

Hello,

I make money online selling course and services. (Mostly with stripe and paypal).

I hesitate between few choices :

- A personnal ireland company
- A personnal cyprus company
- An anonymous cyprus company with dark

Is there someone around here who can give me information on the different tax of those companies and advice about someone to help me to set up the company ?

There is too much scam and bad information all around the web 🙁

You forgot one important thing, countries of customers.

If you ask me I would setup a company with darks. Unless you don't care about anonymity it is the only way you can protect it if you are using darks.

The choices can be Cyprus or Bulgaria + PayPal or an offshore company (e.g. St. Kitts and Nevis) + Leupay + 2Checkout.
