Wise to move primary listing to the U.S. in blow to London stock exchange

UK is not that attractive to for primary listings. Not even Revolut wants to list there and they are based in UK also....lol

I am a shareholder (Nothing special, just a few shares that Wise gave away symbolically‌ to the very first customers).

I received an email yesterday (which I've quoted below) in‍ which they more or less begged to approve this proposal.

I also wonder why they⁠ find it interesting to make this choice. Apparently they have big plans for the future.⁤ But being listed on the American stock exchange seems more than enough to me.
