Wise to CEX

Today I tried to transfer money from my wise account to CEX. I got a message from wise that the transfer to that recipient can't be executed. In the past, I've sent money to CEX twice, without any problems.
Anyone else experiencing this?

How to check regulation? Binance is regulated or advcash?

AdvCash is not regulated, Binance has troubles with authorities in various countries i.e. UK - not sure how regulated they are any longer.

not many crypto exchanges are regulated, this is the problem

Kraken, Bitstamp, Coinbase, Gemini and others are regulated.

Regardless of that, Wise only supports incoming transfers from those regulated exchanges, not outgoing transfers.

Which crypto exchanges Wise allows sending to? Any info on this?

Check out GIB if you like Crypto, I was reading Yesterday they are about to go full-on with an official Crypto exchange and have granted 14 licenses already...maybe a good place to have a back-up "co".
