Will this work, UK Company -> Seychelles Holding -> Panama Trading?

I want to know if I own a UK company that owns a Seychelles Holding that owns a Panama Trading company, will it offer a 3 layer protection or no?


What I'm looking for is to take out money privatly and not share my money with any tax or other part.
