Please ask Neteller directly if they are accepting offshore companies for new accounts and if so if they have any country limitations at all.

We see many using Neteller with Cyprus companies 🙂

Thank you very much, I didn't got an answer yet... will ask Neteller again, because many online casino's use them for payment so they must accept companies and not just personal accounts.

The fact that many Gambling, Online Casino and Poker websites are using Neteller as payment method also is the reason for why it surprise me with the answer they gave, so you may approach them to get a qualifies answer maybe calling them by phone is even better.

I see so many Online casino's using neteller for payment method, most of them are incorporated in Malta, Cyprus and other offshore jurisdictions, so there must be a solution there.

If money is your hope for independence you will never have it. The only real security that a man will have in this world is a reserve of knowledge, experience, and ability!
My personal favorite thread posted in the Mentor Group. Group of investment companies to avoid licensing.

For licensed gambling you can approach Click2Pay or simply look at who the other online casinos are using, it may not be difficult to find.

I wouldn't waste my time with Click2Pay or ClickandBuy and any of the other small e-wallets.

For gambling, you need to offer cards, Moneybookers (Skrill), Neteller, and one of the big prepaid vouchers - Ukash or Paysafecard. If you also have some form of instant bank payment it'll help with certain countries. If you have that, you cover all of Europe and much of the rest of the world.

moneybookers is easy... have you try to apply in neteller for a merchant account? Try it having an offshore company!

I have seen Neteller work with gambling companies in all the major gambling jurisdictions. They probably don't deal with non-gambling merchants in offshore jurisdictions though.
