Will I need to register offshore company to open bank account in Mauritius / Uruguay?

I consider to open a offshore bank account in Mauritius or Uruguay or even both places, will I need to register a offshore company in order to do so?


If not, are there any benefits doing so?


What I'm looking for is 100% privacy protection and anonymity towards clients who we are paing money to.

No but for Uruguay you will need a personal visit or someone who can introduce‌ you, otherwise forget about it. I know there are some companies offering their assistance in‍ opening a bank account in Mauritius both personal- and business bank accounts.
