Why not create your own Darks?

I don't have any interest in obtaining Darks, I merely wonder if there is any clear reason why anybody who wants darks wouldn't instead:
-Photoshop his/her passport to change DOB, Name, Address, numbers, etc.
-Ditto for ute bill.

Any reason to go out of your way to acquire somebody else's identity when you could just make up as many as you want.

Only interested for the intellectual debate.

Synthetic identities aren't going to work much longer. With machine learning and access to government records getting better, it becomes increasingly easy to detect image manipulation, inconsistencies in the data, invalid data, and data not matching/existing in public records.

Utility bills will remain manipulable for a while longer but with e-ID being rolled out more and more, we'll just be identifying ourselves with real identities everywhere we go.

Plan for the future by using legal structures to reduce your tax. Forget tax evasion. It's only going to get harder.

It will take a long time and lot's of regulations before machine learning and access to such records will be allowed in all countries world wide, until then there are sufficient of open doors 😀

I can't agree more. The problem is, that TAX and RESIDENCY not always go hand in hand while relocating isn't something for everyone.
