Why not bank account in same country as Offshore company?

Why do I read everywhere that it is not good to have offshore bank account and offshore company in same country?

For most it is not an issue but if you want to avoid any TIE‌ you will want to have the account in another jurisdiction!

From what I understand, having your bank account and company in different countries increases privacy‌ - if that's something you need.

Yu always want to have the offshore company formed in one jurisdiction and the bank‌ account in another, never bank the same place where your company is incorporated it makes‍ things much safer. Finally if you want to be sure not to get busted at⁠ any time, you build up huge offshore structures in different onshore and offshore jurisdictions and⁤ with different banks. That could even though be 3 different banks in the same jurisdiction.⁣
