Why I need offshore holding company for Cyprus company?

I read the forum for 2 months. It is overwhelming and difficult to figure out what exactly I have to do with my plans to setup things in privacy!

Why would you suggest me to setup a offshore holding company (maybe Belize or Seychelles) for my plans to register a Cyprus company for regular online trading?

You want to setup a Seychelles holding company for your Cyprus company because of the‌ tax benefits and treaties between Seychelles and Cyprus which are awesome!

As long as you transfer money between the Seychelles Holding and the Cyprus company there‌ is no tax to be paid!

Actually you can do some Google searching on this topic. Anyway, as @auric already outlined‌ to you there is no tax to be paid between these to entities. That's why‍ people have setup their business this way.
