Who Wants Privacy In The US With An LLC?

I'be noticed a few online providers online offering LLCs in the USA for $1600 USD.

I think that's a little high personally.

I've been able to set up a LLC in the US with total privacy myself a few times and was curious if anyone here would be interested in the service if I offered it.

One unique advantage ( over other sites like LegalZoom and other American LLC providers ) is that formation would come with attorney-client privilege.

Of note, this would not include nominee, EIN, apostille, bank account, etc.

You simply get a LLC in the US with total privacy of it's formation and only the agent that formed the company for you would know who you are and that would be backed by attorney-client privilege. Banking and EIN ( if needed ) would have to be handled by you. Only the LLC formation is offered.

I may be able to offer other services, but it would have to be considered on my end first after you ask and I look into it for you.

Formation would way cheaper than the $1600 I've seen online for same LLC and ongoing costs would be low too.

Thoughts?

How much for this service and where is it located ?

For the LLC itself - $499 first year, $75 every year afterward.

For virtual office and phone number - $400 annually, or $60 pm

LLC formation is in the United States with a state that does not keep members/managers of the LLC on file. With no members on file and no operating agreement required, your privacy is secured as only the agent who files for you knows your info. Your agent will just happen to be able to provide attorney-client privilege also, which further increases your privacy.

All of your information and filings will be available in an online portal to keep things organized and updated.

The state the formation takes place in also collects no taxes and provides some of the best asset protection for LLCs ( even if single member ).

This could be a starting point for some of you to open US merchant accounts, US bank account, processing, etc

Without EIN and SSN it is bulls**t to say that! and you may know it or you don't know what you talk about!

Otherwise you may elaborate in details how this should be possible at all!

Are you telling me that having a US LLC is not a starting point for US merchant account? If you are not an American and otherwise do not have an American LLC, how would you know?

In many other threads of this forum you talk about IBCs in other countries and which countries banking might work for them. This holds true for US too.

I never said you did not need EIN or SSN for these services, but like you.. you also not said in your other threads. Why? Because most people know this already.

Maybe you need to reread post again?

It's confusing noobs that thik they can buy a $500 solution and get a bank account and merchant account in the USA which for obvious reasons isn't the case!
