Which US bank will accept an offshore company?

I have been looking for a US bank willing to open an account for a Belize LLC.
This Belize LLC is owned by a US LLC, and as such has an EIN number as a disregarded entity for the IRS. The manager of the Belize LLC is also a US registered corporation.

So far all the banks that I have approached are refusing to open an account unless I register this foreign company in a US State.

Would you have any suggestion to which bank would accept this LLC?

Literally, no bank in the US and even Europe would accept non-resident Belize entities. Maybe only IF you are already an existing valuable client of the bank with at least 1 million turnover .... and that is a big IF.

In my situation the Belize LCC is owned and managed by US persons, that is a little bit different from the different threads where there was no US nexus.

Should I foreign register the Belize LLC in NM for instance (cheapest, and anonymous) to open this US account. But then would I loose any legal protection? if a lawsuit came, would it stick in the US as there is now a legal registration in a US state or should it still be filed in Belize with all its protective statutes?
