Why would you want such a setup? The company will be taxable in Poland.

Nobody cares about VAT in a B2B context, VAT really is the least of your problems.

@digitalrazor where do you want to live? You want to move to UAE or live in Poland? If you want to stay in Poland, see this thread, I honestly cannot recommend doing so.

Regardless of your activities... banking is a nightmare. Just understand that its not personal and happens to everyone, also the ones that are willing to pay (substantially) more.
