Which type of business entity would be the best for a small business?

As we know there are a lot of business entities available but I was wondering which one is the best for a small business (offshore)?LLP?LP?

A simple offshore IBC / Ltd will do it for most. The offshore jurisdiction will‌ depend on what business activity you are into,

A Seychelles or Belize corp with a 2co merchant account would be great for most‌ small businesses.

I agree, most Internet businesses are incorporating a Belize or Seychelles company and apply with‌ 2co for their credit card processing - so they have a good and easy setup‍ to get started.

For long time ago when I started, I bought a Belize company with banking in‌ Belize, the entire package was 600 usd, and pretty fast setup. However, much has changed‍ since then and you can't find a good bank in Belize any longer.

A Belize company can still work fine for many, however, most are going for a‌ Seychelles company because of a better level og privacy.
