Im doing business as Internet marketer and wonder how I can pay less tax to make more profits:


Im considering the following:


Cyprus company with bank account in Cyprus


or


Cyprus company with Seychelles bank account


will I need to find a Trust to act as director or shareholder to achieve my needs?

You will not need to form a trust but need nominees... I would recommend the Cyprus company + Cyprus company if you don't have anything to hide, if so, you will need a bank account outside of the EU.

Seychelles company owning the Cyprus company will be enough?

Yes that should be fine, again it depends on the individual case.. most have a Seychelles holding company and a Cyprus Trading company if privacy matters.
