Which real estate developer accepting crypto in Malta ?

I read online that some of the Real estate Developers in Malta accepting crypto for property purchase?
Do you know any of the developer ?
Is it possible to buy property using crypto in malta?
Has anyone experience about this ?

If your not from EU then Malta has restrictions on foreigners buying real estate. You would hence only be looking at buying in the overpriced Special Designate Areas (SDA) across Malta and Gozo.

However I would too be interested in know if any SDA developers there accept crypto.
